From which countries do you accept orders?
We accept orders only from EU countries. From any other countries please send us an email to customersupport@christianityart.com

Which method do you use for deliveries?
We ship the orders with UPS Courier.

How long will it take you to ship the order?
All orders placed within 12pm of each day will be prepared and shipped the same day. All orders made after 12pm will be prepared and shipped the following business day.

How long will it take me to to receive the package?
The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipment cost depends on the weight and is evaluated on the checkout.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping for EU Countries if your order is over 99€.

Can I have the package sent to another delivery address?
We can deliver your order to any address. This means you may specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order.

Will you inform me when you will ship the package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. This email will contain a link to track the shipping status of your delivery.

I live in UK, will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order?
From 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU single market and the EU customs union meaning customs or tax formalities will be required for goods – including for return shipments. Custom clearance costs are entirely on the receiver of the package and are calculated directly by the local customs, according to the value of the order. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
