However her path brought her to a gathering of Christians where she heard the speech of Bishop Nonnos, a speech that shook her and led her to paths of repenting and true faith. She gave all her belongings to the poor, she was catechized and baptized and spent the rest of her life in Jerusalem living an ascetic life.
